FRONT COVER - Good Points: * The whole thing looks very professional, really great ideas ! * The black box at the bottom 'Win a chance' is really good. It helps make the cover look like a proper magazine. * I like the part 'Best of british edition' works great with the colour scheme and suits really well to your magazine.
Things To Improve: * Maybe mess around with the blues and reds, because at the moment they are a little hard to read. * Title should be a lot bigger than your sub-heading (story thing lol) * Need a direct mode of address image.
CONTENT - Good Points: * The layout's really good, and looks professional. * All the fonts are great, very attractive.
Things To Improve: * The red is a little bright, so maybe tone it down :) * Need much more pages for a magazine :)
ARTICLE - Good Points: * The layout is good. I like the idea of H and M behind the text. * I like the black box with 'BRAND NEW', looks very good and attractive. (maybe a little bigger though)
Things To Improve: * The H and M are still quite bright, tone the colour red down. Just an idea :) * Maybe on the 2nd page of the double spread only have one image, and have many images on the final page.
Front cover Good points: 1.the use of colours of your front cover work really well together. 2.your coztume looks fantastic, it clearly shows the audience what kind of genre your music amgazine is.
things you could improve: 1. your front image does not show a direct mode of address,I think if you get a picture that looks at the camera it would attract more readers. 2.your text gets lost in the background, but I dont think you should change the colours, maybe you could change the font of the text or make the text bigger it would stand out more.
Contents page Good points: 1.I like the layout of your contents page, it looks very original and would attract your target audience becaue it looks professional. 2.Again I like the colour scheme you have used it stands out and looks attractive.
Things to improve: 1. I think you should add more photos of different artists of features, this would make the magazine look like it has more interesting content. 2.The top image looks to long and skinny, I think you should re shape it to make him look better.
Article good points: 1.I think your article is the best you have done, so far it looks great the layout is original 2. Also I like the images you have used.
Things to improve: 1.I think you should add atleast one photo where your looknig at the camera to show that you are interested in the reader. 2.To mke your article more original you could change the red large letters to blue? this would be a change from all other magazines and still is the same colour scheme.
Over all I realy liked our magazine, yur doing really well, keep it up :D xx
